Bashkirian extension to OT2 fonts.
The bashkirian fonts are a MetaFont package that extends the Washington Cyrillic fonts, with most characters for the Bashkirian language. The extension characters are in the upper half of the character set (i.e., they're only expressible as 8-bit characters).
