This is the version 1.0 of 'xecyr' package which is intended to help 
with Russian and other Cyrillic-based languages in Babel and XeLaTeX.

Be sure that you use the latest versions of "tex-text.map" and "tex-text.tec" 
available in XeTeX source tree (http://scripts.sil.org/svn-view/xetex).
