MetaPost editor and previewer.

MEPer is a java program for editing MetaPost source files and previewing output images. It works in both Linux and Windows, provided that the following programs are installed: the latest Sun JSE, MetaPost, and either ImageMagick or Ghostscript.

The present version is preliminary.
