Preprocessor and macros for Vietnamese.
VNTeX is a preprocessor (written in C) that translates Vietnamese text, written according to a specific set of rules, into TeX. VNTeX takes an .vnt file and creates a corresponding .tex file, together with a file of supporting macros.
