Xircom External Ethernet driver anywhere?

Are there any device drivers availible for the Xircom External Etheret adapter ee-10bu. I am looking into writing a windows driver for this adapter and need to get some technical info on it. (I'd also like to use it to hook a IPIP network to my main server, rather then buy a new internal card). bc80267@binghamton.edu
