- Generate qtwebengine-3rdparty.qdoc, it is missing from the tarball
- Work around missing qt5_qtwebengine_arches macro on F24
- Make buildable against qt5 < 5.8 too (Rex Dieter)
- Enable use_spellchecker explicitly so that it is also enabled on Qt 5.7
